Aynsley and Associates response to COVID-19

We are currently at traffic light level: RED

Protecting the health and wellbeing of our people, clients and communities is our top priority.

From 6 December, Aynsley and Associates require all visitors to our offices (Tavendale and Partner's building) to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This also applies to our people and subtenants using our premises.

We are implementing this policy because we believe that, at this point, vaccinations are how we safely move into an environment with fewer restrictions for businesses, our communities, and each of us personally.

What this means for you

In addition to using the COVID-19 tracer app to scan in on arrival, we may ask you for proof of your vaccination status by showing your My Vaccine Pass to our client service hosts.
For anyone who is not fully vaccinated, we ask that you speak with your meeting host to arrange an alternative to meeting in our offices.

We will continue to update and review our policy as the situation around COVID-19 evolves. Up-to-date information can be found on this page

COVID Protection Framework settings for our office

In line with the New Zealand Government’s COVID-19 Protection Framework (traffic lights) Red setting, our office is open for our team, with reduced capacity and appropriate physical distancing measures in place.

We encourage clients to arrange alternatives to face-to-face meetings.
