Chris received trophies in 2021 & 2025 for his lifetime support of the insurance industry and the wider community, recognising his enduring industry impact, deep technical expertise, integrity, mentorship and commitment to client wellbeing. Chris is a proud member of Financial Advice New Zealand’s Risk Committee. Jeremy Lee - Financial Adviser / Business Analyst
After graduating from the University of Otago with a degree in Economics and Marketing, Jeremy joined Aynsley and Associates in 2020 and quickly became an integral member of the team. In his role as a business analyst and financial adviser, he helps ensure the firm’s processes, technology, and innovation remain aligned with both industry best practice and regulatory standards. Jeremy’s attention to detail and determination underpin the high standards at which Aynsley and Associates operates.
Outside of the office, Jeremy enjoys staying active and can often be found running, fishing, skiing, or on the golf course.

Rhian Sharman - Client Services & Compliance Coordinator
Rhian plays a central role in the day-to-day care of our clients and the smooth running of Aynsley and Associates. She helps ensure our compliance processes are maintained, client communications are clear and timely, and the many details involved in managing insurance policies are followed through.
When a client needs to make a claim, Rhian helps them understand what information is required and supports them through the process. She brings care, organisation and attention to detail to work that can make a real difference to a client’s experience, especially when they need our help most.
Jacquie Aynsley - Business & Compliance Officer
Jacquie plays a crucial role in keeping Aynsley and Associates running smoothly. As our Compliance Officer, she oversees the compliance programme and helps ensure the business meets its ongoing obligations. She also manages key accounting and administrative work, bringing care and consistency to the processes behind our client service. Much of Jacquie’s work happens behind the scenes, but it provides the structure our team relies on every day.
Polly Aynsley - Administration & Technology Coordinator
Polly keeps the team’s day-to-day administration moving and helps her colleagues deliver a smooth service to clients. She also supports the development and rollout of new technology and processes that make our work more efficient.
