In the simplest terms, A power of attorney provides someone with the ability to make decisions on your behalf and in your best interest while you are still alive. It is different from a will, which is detailed enforced by an executor

  • Personal Care and Welfare - makes decisions about your care, health and living arrangements when you are mentally incapable to do so for yourself.
