Keeping your Life and Income Protection Insurance is easy. Find out all you need right here.

General Information

As part of your employee benefits at Carrfields, you had Life and Income Protection insurance underwritten by AIA. If you are leaving Carrfields or have left within the last 60 days, then you have an option to continue this cover directly with AIA - up to the amount of cover you had while at Carrfields.

In most cases, this process is as easy as completing a simple form, which means you do not have to undergo any medical tests or answer any health questions.

AIA has an Automatic Acceptance Limit (AAL) which means you are covered up to the AAL amount without the need to undergo medical exams or provide medical history. These are $9,000 per month for Income Protection and $750,000 for Life Cover.

If you join outside of the normal eligibility period or you wish to have cover above the AAL, health information will be required.
